Haiku: Cold

stone cold diamond drops
etched in the hearts of lush leaves
deflowered trees, beauty

Shared With Carpe Diem Haiku Kai. The Carpe Diem Haiku Writing Technique, this time, was “double entendre” with the theme as ‘cold’ or ‘coolness of the North’. A double entendre, as the name suggests, can have two meaning of which the one is usually risqué.

  1. I’ve been waiting for the few days for another meaning of the haiku as it is written for double entendre but………

Normally, I got many meanings but here, when it is mentioned that it is purposely written for dual meaning, I got stuck. Yuck!
