On Writing

I write to reveal the real me
Lurking from behind the words.
I write to open the glass windows
To the world around me.
I write to grow the flowers
Growing inside the heart, silently
I write to feel the exuberant bubbles
Of words, rising up headily
I write to feel the tender touch
Of Nature, caressing me.

  2. This is perfect! A true blogger’s view at writing. So many tiimes when I started writing, I didn’t have much of an idea as to how the post is going to take its shape. Funny isn’t it, the way the words form around a thought and give such a beautiful structure 🙂

    • I often think how one starts writing a post. Whether the last line has already been conceived from the very beginning or takes shape gradually as one proceeds. For me the latter one is true… 🙂

      • Even I think a post and ideas mature as we spend more time on it and start writing. Probably that’s why I’m so amazed with writing. At te start the idea will just be a line or a quote or a simple picture and it becomes something else altogether 🙂

  11. And I’m glad you write, it is one of the simple joys in life to discover a person, there hopes, fears, loves and perspectives through words. writing is extremely intimate when you think about it, you give your soul to each reader and that is a lively gift.
