My favourite historical places are castles, but unfortunately there are not many of them in Kerala, but the good news is that you will come up with some photos 😀
Awesome haiku Maniparna … it brings Basho close by, because he wrote an almost alike haiku … which was part of his famous haibun ‘The Small Road to the Deep North” … that haiku told a story about a battlefield.
Its our beautiful Mani with another of her beautiful Haikus… Its sweet n simple yet poignant.That’s why i loved it 🙂

Castles remind us of so many tales..known and unknown, of love,friendship, intrigue and conspiracy…..I love them too… 🙂
But I’m sure the first thing that comes into your mind about castle is the castle of Count Dracula 😛 😀
